How To Win Friends and Influence People

People are most interested in themselves. If you share that interest, they will respond. If you talk to people about themselves, they will keep listening and listening. Remember birthdays and other important personal details. Let the other person do a great deal of the talking. Especially when angry, allow others to finish talking themselves out. Don’t interrupt. Others won’t pay attention to you until they’ve had thier own say.

Russia warned over Georgia move

Russia’s moves in Abkhazia and South Ossetia were raising tensions in the area, a Nato spokesman said. Moscow has accused Georgia of preparing to invade Abkhazia, and says it is also boosting Russian peacekeeping forces there and in South Ossetia. Tbilisi has described the Russian move as “irresponsible”. “The steps that have been taken [by Russia] and the rhetoric have increased tensions and undermined Georgia’s territorial integrity,” Nato spokesman James Appathurai said. He also urged both Moscow and Tbilisi to avoid harsh rhetoric.

Gas is too D@%* high

 

California is home to the nation’s highest average gas price, $3.87 for regular unleaded; diesel is pushing $4.43 a gallon, according to Troy Green, with AAA. San Francisco is the most expensive city, averaging $3.97 a gallon. However, a drive around the city shows many stations have jumped over $4.The national average for regular unleaded is $3.53 and rising daily. Last year at this time, it was $2.86 per gallon. According to AAA, 24 states and the District of Columbia are averaging at or above $3.50 a gallon for regular unleaded. The state with the lowest gas is New Jersey, at $3.34 per gallon.

A** whoopin

today precious just recieved one of these today.she kept on running up on me and i just put them hands on her. if it wasnt for mr.baxter i still would be whoopin her a** right now. but on a good note my day has been cool. i even won some money from cliff lol. me and my partner whooped him so bad we made him quit. 

Next week afta prom

Well our last prom has just passed. It was a fun night. even though it got a little crazy in there it was still a fun night. after that we went out to eat and it took them firever to bring our food out to us but eventually we got it and it was good.after that we went to the bowling alley and we stayed there for about a hour and a half and then everyone made it safely to there house. 

Rain

It is a rainy day outside. We had a tornado drill today during the third period classes. today has been a pretty relaxed day. Not really much to do just been really calm.today we are watching a movie in class but we havent decided on it yet

Baseball pt 2

Well we got our buts kicked in the baseball game. the score was 11 to 0. We couldnt even score a single run. Even though antioch had a good team, we were not supposed to get beat that bad. Today we are supposed to play hunters lane but i think our game is going to get cancelled.  

Baseball

Today we have a baseball game against antioch. today is one of the most important games of our season because it is a district game. our record in the district will determine if we can go to the playoffs. we gotta come out strong hitting the ball and not make errors if we want win.

Spades

Well today was the day that cliff and bre got ran in spades lol. they kept saying we was tryna cheat since we was losing but in the end the real winners came out on top. If they would like to try again another day me and my partner would be glad to run em again lol.

Report Cards

We still have not received our report cards for the 3rd nine weeks. i have been anticipating receiving mine because i am wondering what i made in each one of my classes. if i keep my gpa up i will be able to receive all kinds of scholorships.
